Content sources

Everything on this site is sorted here by where it came from: what is transcribed from the catalog, what was written for this site, what needs your sign-off before publication, and what we found unclear in the source itself.

Transcribed from the catalog

Facts taken from the product catalog. Their wording and figures are not changed.

  • Company services

    Source: product catalog, page 2

Supply, installation and maintenance of elevators of every type, and the list of eleven offerings printed in the catalog.

  • Vision statement

    Source: product catalog, page 2

Transcribed from the catalog word for word.

  • Cabin specifications

    Source: product catalog, page 3

Codes UR: Cab-01 to UR: Cab-09 and their specification lines are transcribed as printed. The catalog states no capacities, speeds or dimensions, so none appear anywhere on the site.

  • Door codes

    Source: product catalog, page 6

Codes UR: D-01 to UR: D-07 exactly as printed. The catalog gives no materials, dimensions or operation type for any of them.

  • Machinery names

    Source: product catalog, page 10

Nine machines, named as printed. The catalog gives no technical data for any of them.

  • Accessory codes

    Source: product catalog, page 14

Twelve codes exactly as printed, with no specifications.

  • Contact details

    Source: product catalog, page 16

Website, address, phone number, commercial register and tax card, from the back cover.

Written for this site

Marketing copy written for this website, not previous company statements.

  • Hero headline

“Elevate your space. Refine every arrival.” — proposed marketing copy for this site, not an existing company slogan.

  • Creative line

“Every floor, a new possibility” — a proposed line, used in the footer.

  • Cabin and door descriptions

The one-line description under each model is written for this site. The specification lines themselves are transcribed from the catalog.

  • Finish descriptions

A description of what the photograph shows, nothing more. The catalog names the material of none of the samples.

  • Explanations of the arrangements

The plain-language explanation of the overhead, hydraulic and gearless arrangements is written for this site. The component names are transcribed from the diagrams.

  • The “How we work with you” sequence

    Source: product catalog, page 2

The five steps are the catalog's own services (supply, installation, maintenance, support) set in project order, with an “Enquiry” step first. The ordering is this site's framing; it states no durations, lead times or guarantees.

  • “Find your elevator” questions

The questions and options are written for this site to assemble a clear enquiry. They produce no technical recommendation and no price.

Needs your confirmation before launch

Items to approve, correct or remove before the site goes live.

  • Three-year warranty

    Source: product catalog, page 2

“A three-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects” — a commercial term transcribed from the catalog. It needs confirmation before publication, and has not been broadened into any wider guarantee.

  • One year of free maintenance

    Source: product catalog, page 2

“One year of free maintenance, with scheduled monthly servicing” — a commercial term that needs confirmation before publication.

  • The vector logo

    Source: product catalog, page 1

The catalog contains no vector logo — every page is a raster image. The mark was traced from the cover automatically at 99.3% pixel agreement with the source; “URGENT” and “ELEVATORS” are set in Oswald, because at 49px and 22px cap height the originals are too small to vectorise cleanly. If an original vector file exists, it should replace both.

  • Manufacturer names and photography

    Source: product catalog, page 10

Nine manufacturer names and their photographs appear as they do in the catalog, described only as “machinery shown in the catalog”, with no claim of partnership, dealership or certification. These are other companies' trademarks and product photography, and the right to display them is worth checking before publication.

  • Enquiry destination

The enquiry form is complete but needs PUBLIC_INQUIRY_ENDPOINT configured. Until then it tells visitors plainly that it is not connected, and never shows a success message.

Ambiguities in the catalog

Errors or unclear wording in the source itself, recorded rather than interpreted.

  • Repeated UR: Cab-06 caption

    Source: product catalog, page 8

All twelve finish samples on page 8 carry the same caption, “UR: Cab-06”. That is a repeated caption in the source, not a model numbering system, so the samples are numbered as samples and no model code is attributed to them.

  • “حوائط واضيات”

    Source: product catalog, page 5

In the UR: Cab-09 specification, the second word is not a standard spelling and cannot be read with confidence from the scan. It is transcribed as printed rather than interpreted.

  • UR: Cab-09's category

    Source: product catalog, page 5

The catalog files this model under “basic cabins” and does not state its use, although the specification suits heavy-duty or medical service. No category has been assumed for it.

  • The UR: D-05 item

    Source: product catalog, page 7

It appears on the “doors” page as a stainless opening shown in two photographs, with no type stated. Although the service list includes food lifts, the catalog does not describe it as one, so no type is attributed to it.

  • Unlabelled control systems

    Source: product catalog, page 15

Page 15 shows four photographs with no names, codes or specifications whatsoever. They are presented as photographs with a description of appearance only.

  • Social media links

    Source: product catalog, page 16

The back cover prints four icons — one of them Google+, which shut down in 2019 — with no URLs attached. They are not included on the site, because no working link can be built from them.

  • No email address

    Source: product catalog, page 16

The catalog gives no email address anywhere, so none has been invented. The email field in the enquiry form is optional for the visitor.

  • Catalog photographs are not projects

    Source: product catalog, page 9

The source does not state that any photograph is a project completed by the company, including the external tower photographs on page 9. All are presented as product photography.
